The following is a list of large cap stocks offering excellent growth prospects, with higher projected EPS growth rates than their industry competitors.

The companies mentioned below have also accelerated capital spending at a faster rate than their competitors over the last five years. At least theoretically, this makes them more competitive over the coming years.

We're not going to go into detailed analysis for each company. The goal here is to give risk-averse, growth-oriented investors a starting point for their own analysis.
