American Tower (AMT), operator of telecommunications towers, posted Q1 revenue of $454.4 million, up 11.2% from a year ago, and roughly in line with the Street at $455.5 million. EPS of 24 cents a share beat the Street at 18 cents. Adjusted EBITDA rose 10.8% to $311.5 million.
The company affirmed its 2010 guidance. The company sees rental and management revenue of $1.81 billion to $1.84 billion, up from $1.67 billion in 2009, and adjusted EBITDA of $1.26 billion to $1.28 billion, up from $1.18 billion in 2009.
AMT is down $1.08, or 2.6%, to $40.20.
